MY FAMILY TREE RESEARCH
I have performed genealogy research for over twelve years. Primarily I have been working on my family and my husbands family. My research has also included helping to find the family history for friends and co-workers. I also helped set up family trees for school projects.
This has been one of the most exciting hobbies I have ever had. I have also found another interest in the Find A Grave project. Grave stones help in finding others working with the families that you are working with and of course the gravestone holds the birth and death dates that you may not find any other place.
With all my research and experiences I learned to read old English script, interoperate census records, land records, court records, and wills. I have discovered royalty connections and outlaws, as well as the migration west and all the struggles involved in the making of a new nation.
My son set up this web site and has helped when problems come up with the system. My son is an executive in a internet cable company and he is able to solve any problem that I have with the computer. My goal is to enter all of the information that I have collected over the past twelve years and store it in this site. I have found this to be a very time consuming job. It may take another ten years to enter all of my records.
